While presenting the main article in the seminar, Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Md. Mokhtar Ahmed said that the government is digitizing all services to prevent corruption. As a result, people can know any information currently under the Right to Information Act. Besides, complaints about any government service can be filed online through GRS or Grievance Redressal System. We hope that the aggrieved person will get a speedy remedy through this.

Enayet Karim, head of the Rajshahi bureau of Daily Khabarer Kagaj and The Financial Express newspaper, said that since the beginning of the commitment to build digital Bangladesh, the use of technology has reduced time, money and corruption. Previously, people had to be physically present to do something. Now as automation is reducing physical presence, so is corruption. In this case, it is very important to establish good governance not only in state management, but in every field. Hence the use of technology at all levels of society has become inevitable. In this regard, the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park built in Rajshahi has become a blessing for the people of Rajshahi.
